I was born, raised and lived in Kansas for 23 years.  Then spent the next 20 years living in different parts of the United States as a military familiy we moved often.  Our last duty assignment brought us back home to Kansas!

When I lived in a new part of the country, I tried to take notice of the uniqueness and beauty of each place. I was able to enjoy moutain views, sunsets on beaches, tropical water falls and flora, the aurora borealis and artic landscpaes. It was all such a privilege to see!

 

Somehow coming home to Kansas helped me open my eyes to the beauty in my home state all over again! This is what I want to share with you through my art work. I am proud to say I am an Abilene Local Artist.

I hope you will follow me as I branch out into more works of art.  Where I will be trying to bring the far things near, by searching for the often overlooked beauty that is within nature and ourselves.
